Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping methods to our customers:

Local Pick Up - We offer local pickup for customers willing to arrange their own pickup from our Edison, NJ main distribution warehouse. Local Pickup waives the shipping fee when the order is placed

Store Drop-Off - We will drop off your merchandise at your store or business location for additional charge. Check our store drop off price list here.

Home Delivery – Upon Buyer’s request Creative Furniture Inc. will render delivery and assembly services to Buyer’s retail customer at additional charge (check Home Delivery Price List here).

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that building regulations, measurements of building entrances, elevators and/ or apartment doors allow for merchandise to be delivered. Buyer must notify the Creative Furniture Inc. in writing of any problems (including but not limited to the hours during which a delivery may be made) that Creative Furniture Inc. may encounter while delivering merchandise. In the event Creative Furniture Inc. was not adequately notified, Buyer will be solely responsible for all labor, freight and restocking cost incurred.
